Unemployed

Ok so I got FM11 today with my Christmas money, yay me i had a quick unemployed game earlier just to get used to skin and the way things work and now I've started again properly, It is currently July 7th 2010 and I have signed a contract with Blackburn Rovers (RSA). I was just wondering if anyone had any tips as to players i should sign or get rid of, or any tactical advice/training routines I could use.

To be honest mate , if your managing in South Africa , I doubt many people would know which players will be good for you and which you should sell
