What do you do when you unemployed and what do you do to get employment?

Wait for a manager to get sacked then apply for the job. Nothing else you can do

Basically, its very boring. You just have to wait for a job to become available, and if you think its the right one for you, apply. Keep in mind, 'big-clubs' [chelsea, barca etc] don't advertise management positions often, so don't expect one of those to come along.

Really?

big teams never advertise.. they always pluck managers from other teams

But what do you do jut click continue? go on holiday? watch games? show your interested in other job and get their current manager saked, and how long have you spent unemployed?

depends what your rep is.. no point trying to force an under pressure manager out if you have sunday league rep, best bet is to wait till a 'smaller' club sacks their manager and apply for a job there and build your rep up. or if your lazy go on holiday indefinately and select apply for jobs at the level you want( eg; higher division or lower division) and click the box that says return from holiday when offered a job

If your starting unemployed you probably need to choose a pretty high past experience. If not you can be waiting ages for a job.

Teams from the Championship upward teams will generally only appoint a manager if they have managerial experience before.

I just normally go on holiday with apply for job at any clubs, and have return on job offer, choose any amount of time for the holiday.
