Unhandled exception - game won't start

Hi all, some of you may be aware I have a slightly successful career mode going on at the moment in the manager stories, but having a 'mare at the moment as the game won't load. I click on the game and this appears:

Try this:

- Go to Steam Library and go to your Football Manger 15 game and "right click"
- Go to Properties
- Go to tab "Local files"
- Go to "Browse Local files"
- Go to the "bin" folder. ***
- Right click "FM.exe" executable.
- Go to the "Compatibility" tab. ***
- Look for the privilege level at the bottom and select "Run this program as administrator ***

*** - I didn't do these steps; if you click Browse Local Files the FM.exe should be in that folder already, so right-click it and Run As Administrator.

Sorted! I ran the verify integrity of cache, and the first time it went 100% said it was fine, tried it a second time and it found two files needed reinstalling and it has worked now.

I don't have a bin file

when i got onto browse local files, i dont have a bin folder but also i have about 25 FM.exe progams, all with weird numbers after it.

help please
