Unhappy Player, kick him out or?

I have few unhappy player in my squad (Gillingham), one is my key player 9regenerated player),what i need to do with it? some club have made an offer, but i already rejected it, maybe that's why he unhappy..How to regain his happiness? or just kick him out? thanks mate

try offering him a new contract...

Happened to me with Joseph Yobo, tried everything with him but it didn't work, he was unhappy for 5 months, then i offered him a contract and he was happy again It also happened with another player that wanted to leave but I didn't let him go, the next he played well, I praised him in the press confrence, and he was happy again. What you want to do to avoid this situation to happen again is if you have a good player that your sure someone will try and steal away from you, set a high asking price for him, keeps most of the teams away

if offering him a new contract doesnt work then sell him on else ur squad harmony will suffer from unhappy players
