Unhappy rotation players BS

One of my players, Lazar Markovic, wanted to discuss personal matters.

"I know I'm part of a squad rotation system, even so, you haven't given me anywhere near as much soccer as I want..."

I checked his stats he has played 16 out of the last 20 games. 12 as a starter. He is a rotation player in his contract. This is not the first player to complain about this with regular playing time. It always turns into an issue.

Is this a bug in the system or is there a way to not have this be a problem?

Put him in his place!



1. Tell him to stop ******** about it.
2. Let him be unhappy and complain.
3. Other players will force a team talk about it.
4. Tell them everyone needs to work hard for a place in the 1st team.
5. Lazar is now a joke.
