Hi guys, having a slight problem with me squad harmony at the moment with more and more of my players becoming unhappy. I am managing QPR and am halfway through my 3rd season and in the PL. The problem I have is that the big clubs are declaring interest in almost all of my players and they are all wanting to more to different clubs. I have tried everything for example stating that I want the club to move forward to match their ambitions but they aren't having any of it. I've also tried renewing their contracts but they aren't interested. I don't want to lose the likes of affelay, galeano, vrsaljko otherwise I will start going downhill. Please help!
