Unrealistic Transfers

I am Liverpool in 2017 and have just won the premier division, I have had +?200m offers turned down for Wilshere, Reus, Falcao & Gundogan (with them all wanting to join). Transfers are incredibly unrealistic, major flaw in the game!

Did any of the players pressure their clubs to leave, ie. submit a transfer request?

Can't do nothing about it, unless try to buy the players at the last year of contract.

When a team does not want to sell, they will inflate the price of the player to unrealistic values.

Btw, Reus has a clause of 45.5 M €, so you can buy him easily
