Unsetlling players

How do you guys unsettle players? I've been praising Gotze for half a year now every month and sometimes he is happy and sometimes he says he is sick of me. So i checked hes realtionship twords me in FMRTE and he actually dislikes me.. WTH?
How do you get players cheaply and how you get players to like you?

i notice germany player tend to be more loyal.
the only chance that you could improve ur chance on signing a player easier, and get them unsettle, is to have good rep on your management skill, and good team rep.

I bought Hazard like this. I told him that I will do anything to buy him and then made a silly offer for Lille. They refused and then the player freaked out so they offered me the player at a cheap price. But when tried with Gotze he wasn't that enthusiastic about me.

OMG!
I got both M'Vila nad some regen to like me to 100 (max). Then i declare intrest and he responds it's hes dream come true to play for Arsenal (me). And i start sending bids but then nothing happens. M'Villa is valued at 9 mil and i send bids of around 15 mil and they keep getting rejected, but they just won't ask to get transferd... How do you unsettle players? Is this just a myth?
