unsuccessful training

Hi!
I play as Real madrid. As you can see in the headline i got some problems with my training.
It is november in the first season. None of my players have improved one single stats!? not even the youngsters like Sergio Canales. I go exellent in the league and my moral is on top. i Use one of the more popular schedules at Fm 2011, cant remember the name. The training Facilities has 5 stars and the staff has about three stars. I Play with Real Madrid just to try to develop a really good youth system and play the matches with as many own products as possible.

Any tips what to do to maximize my training? Or at least make is more effektive

Get better coaches. As Real Madrid you should be able to get atleast 4 stars in everything. Let the coaches only train in ONE category.

This is how I pick my coaches and when I have one of each, I fill up with more coaches.

1 defense
1 attack
1 tactic
2 GK
2 fitness
1 shooting
1 ballcontrol

When i played as roma i used the same training schedules and they were exellent. The staff is much better at madrid that Roma. But The at the roma save the players has improvet mutch more
