Unsucsefull job aplications!!!

I am currently manager of bromley and in league 2 having got back to back titles from blue square south and blue square prem and last season i won the FA trophy but i am £750,000 in the red and i want to take on a new challenge at a diffrent club with a slightly higher reputation. But when ever i go and apply for a job i always get turned down. Is there anything i can do to help me get appointed?

you must be a legend there if the board are willing to let you keep applying for jobs elsewhere..
