Unusual Team Choice, Need Help :)

Okay, So I've started a Game with Honved, the hungarian team which used to have Ferenc Puskas and Sandor Kocsis in it's glory days in the 50's, I would like to get them to the champions league knockouts over 5 seasons and i was wondering...

- Who should i look for to sign? budget of around 200k

- Will the hungarian league's rep increase and be able to attract better players as I progress in europe?
