I started a new game last week and have just started my second season.
Progress so far:
As Aston Villa, I won the FA Cup, I also won the UEFA Cup and came fourth in the Premiership - thus meaning I am in this years Champions League.
I failed to win the Charity Shield (Against Man Utd) and I lost to Barcelona in the Super Cup.
My Chairman has offered me a new contract, and the stadium is being expanded to 55,000.

One thing that has caught me out is the change of rules in season 2 re the home grown players - my Academy is not producing the quality I need and I sold players like Craig Gardner and Isiah Osbourne who would have counted in this respect. So I'm struggling through at the moment with some below average youngsters. Not affecting me too badly at the moment but as the season goes on I think it will.
