Up To Date Newgen Dates?

I have seen on the "rate my newgen" thread in the players catagory that the newgen date has changed for France.
Does anyone have an up to date newgen date list for 2012?

maybe i read it wrong, but the fella in the rate my regen bit said france had changed to march or may? Im only in november myself.

I am playing a Huddersfield Town save and on March 12, 2012 I received a new intake of youth players so it looks like the England newgen date has changed as well.

Yeah, newgen dates have changed; I got a load of newgens in my Barcelona game in the middle of March! Never seen that before

Does anyone know any of the African regen dates? Used to be Jan 15th, but I can confirm that it has changed

The list by young stevie is not 100% correct, as he says. I have got as far as the 17th of March, when i get a full season in I will post my findings! Or anyone else a year or two in could do it earlier.

were the african regens any good? They were quality in FM2011, but the South African fellas in March 2012 were all pants! How did you get on?

Ok so i just got into march (1st season, playing as brentford in league 1, 20points clear at the top!) checked out mexico and france for new youth intake. They are on contracts (i presume youth contracts) that expire in like 2014-2016! If i approach to sign any of them: 1-most dnt want to discuss a contract (i understand that yes i am only league 1) and 2- i will have to pay compensation if any do want to sign! Is there a way i can get them for free or at least cheaper than some of their compensation fees!?
Have saved it on 13.3.2012 just after the english youth intake so that i can check out the players in more detail myself! I want to pick up sum good regens from england to develop over the coming years as i work my way up to the premiership (HG rules and all that stuff). Any ideas guys would help greatly. Cheers
