Update Problems

I've been trying to download the transfer update that was released today, it's downloaded but i'm not able to extract it to the folder and it comes up with an error telling me to download it again and every time I try, it comes up with the same thing. Anyone else being experiencing this problem and has anyone got any ideas how to fix it?

You need to use a program called WINRAR to extract it,once you have done that place it in documents-sports interactive-fm12-editor data.If the editor data folder isnt there create it m8.
