Update stuck

Hello, guys!

So today I start FM, new update starts installing but it always gets stuck at 2% of completing installation. Then some error "Servers to busy to handle my request bla bla bla" Error code (16)

Any of you had this problem? If yes, how to fix it?

i have that problem too was running ok for months but now wont upload

found out it is due to steam servers being attacked by hackers
