Updated database

I am going to be doing a an updated database with a lot of changes

Changes i will be making
-Updated CA/PA of players
-Manager Changes
-Transfers
-Embargo's
-I only do loans that are to the end of the season
-Added Players That are not in the game
-Removed players that have sadly passed away

Feel free to comment what changes i may have missed or that i need to do
