Updates already screwed up

I have downloaded the Summer transfer updates so that all teams have the correct players.
I disabled first window transfers so that it couldn't get screwed up immediately. It has now got screwed up in the second window.
Is it possible to disable transfers here as well? If not then it doesn't make much sense going to the trouble of getting the right players to the right teams.

No but you can start in Febuary. Load up the Belarus league and you can start in Feb 2011. It's not ideal, but it would block all transfers for the first two windows.
