Upload Tactic

So, newbie alert coming. How do you upload a tactic you have downloaded here to the actual game? I cant find the file when I'm in the game.
Any special things you have to do?

How to use a downloaded tactic in any save you got;

copy the downloaded file to: Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2020\Tactics (create the tactics folder if it dosn't exists)
