Uploading stuff

I have been uploading a file into the fm 2009 patches part, i thought it was a mistake and was in 08 but it wasn't.Anyway what i want to know is how to upload stuff (i.e. the database)

Click on a dowloads section on the left then click the blue box at the top called "upload a file" and the rest you should be able to work out yourself.

it takes about 5mins to upload the file once you've put in the description etc

Once submitted you need to wait for the file to be approved by an Admin.
