Urgent help needed!!!!!

Really need help!

I have an awesome game going with rangers (season 8) the now with 4 or 5 young brittish players being touted as being one of the best players of there generation.

problem is my computer has thrown a flakey, and computer guy said he cant find any problem with the computer so he wants to wipe my machine and reload the OS.

Is it possible to save my file on a pen drive or cd, then reload it after the machine has been cleaned?

If it is can i get an idiots guide on how to do it?

if you can access your pc's HD (either by being able to still load up windows or your techie friend can retrieve data) go into mydocs/sportsinteractive/fm11/games and copy your "Rangers" save from there..

What OS are you running? (XP/Vista/Win7/Mac)

its sometimes running with win 7 but only when it feels like it!
