Urgent help please

basically i have just downloaded fmrte and extracted it to my data editor bit and when i try to open it it comes up with fmrte 3.0 Beta has stopped working any ideas on how to get it working

Download the latest Microsoft .NET Framework. Google .net framework and should be the first thing to come up.
