URL Error

I'm trying to post a new thread on the story forum and I get an error message about new posts having URL's forbidden. I'm adding no pictures just text, anyone got any ideas?

This website plays up now-and-then. Just log out, leave it a day or two and come back and try again. I've posted plenty of essays containing screenshot images and URLs to page on this site and elsewhere on the Internet.
