I'm Editing The USA In Advanced Rules To Introduce Relegation/Promotion To The US Second Division But I When I Try To Validate The Rules I Keep Getting A Message About Extra Teams Does Anbody Know Why And How I Can Get Around It Without Having o Rebuild The Nation Rules
 
Maybe it has something to do with Orlando and New York City FC. Both teams will start in MLS from 2015, and in FM 2015 the first season (2014) you'll have less teams than season 2015.
