used substitutes, injured player.

so here's the deal. i just used the last substitute of the 3. and my left back (who is dimitri daseliere btw) got badly injured. he'll have to come off.
so i understand that i have to carry on with 10 players, but i can't get out of the tactics page without taking him out. but i have already used all my substitutes. how can i take him off. where should i click or what should i do. help. fast.

i'm winning the game 4-0 right now.

well. when i click confirm changes. there pops this alert box up to tell me that i still have an injured player on the field. when i go into the tv screen mode, the game throws me back on the tactics screen.

and the screenshot shoots the screen of my windows for some strange reason.

when the alert comes up, can you click ok?

try and substitute him in the normal way. it will say you cant make anymore subs but will ask you to confirm that you want to remove the injured player. click yes.
