Why do my scouts rarely find any players?

I always get "Kevan Fannel has been searching for talent in Jamacia but hasn't been able to find any bla bla bla."

Because they are in areas of the world where you won't find masses of talented players! or it could be rubbish scouts...

Think that answered your question for ya. Its not that your scout is bad, it just means the players he has looked at are not great. Finding the next Messis, Ronaldos, Tevezs is not easy work. It can take a long time.

And since Jamacia doesnt have a league in FM, it will be even harder I guess to find talents.
