Using 4-2-3-1 Possesion/Attack/Retain and its working great!!!!!!!!

Using this formation with Southampton and its doing wonders for me , only have a 20 man squad as well only person i signed was Tim Wiese on a free transfer. With the results I've gotten some people may think I'm saving -loading i haven't at all it's a really good tactic and credit is due to the person who made it.
