Using FM11 tactics for FM2012?

I've searched a few FM forums and i can't seem to find any threads which relates to my question.

I was wondering, what does actually happen when you use a FM11 tactic for FM12?

It would still work regardless, ive used my FM 2011 Tactic on FM 2012 and its been perfect. Just decided to create different formations thats all

Like stated above. The actuall format works in FM12 as well. If it was à stable tactic that aimed to beat the opponent rather than à tactic with lots Of tweaked settings with the aim to exploit and beat the match engine, then it should do just as good, if not even better in FM12. There have been some changes though. If you used the attack or Defend strategy, the counter box is now used in Defend and not in attack, the other way around compared to FM11
