I was working on FM 2018 tactics, and I think I found something pretty well

Here's Uytunas Home v1, it gives really good advantage in home games. (AWAY IS IN PROGRESS, I WILL ADD IT HERE)

Latest results: (yeah my gk got injured after 3 subs in Sporting match it was going 0-2 winning )

NO OI's, NO PRE MATCH MEETINGS , ALL TEAM TALK TO ASSISTANT MANAGER

If your team has good right winger who can cross and 3 strong strikers, it will work perfectly. I am also working for the reverse tactic (LWB AND LM one, I dont know why, it is not as effective as right wing, will post it here)

Counter attacks , I have changed the tactic a little before posting it here, opponents made less counter attacks, it is open to update of course.

RED CARDS:
REPLACE WITH STC. (IF WINNING , SWITCH IT TO COUNTER, IF LOSING, SWITCH IT TO CONTROL)

Not saying tactic is bad. It's probably great.

But in all the years that is the strangest looking right wing I've ever seen!

It does look weirder than other tactics, I agree. Somehow it worked really good
