CM who plays as a ball winning midfielder.

RW playing as a winger.

All need to be ready for first team, I'm looking to challenge for a CL spot next season after taking them from 17th to hopefully a Europa league finish in the first season.

Also a replacement for Gaya who may be sold if his valuation is matched.

Thanks, I very much want to keep to Valencia traditions with players like silva, Parejo etc. Bought Ajer as soon as I took over but he isn't quite ready for CL yet but will look at the others closely.

For RW Goncalo Guedes, top top winger, the others people have mentioned are more IFs than Wingers tbh.

Lucas Romero can be a good BWM and hes ready for any level of football.

CAM I'm gunna go a bit out of the box and recommend a kid called Yelko Pino at Celta Vigo, he's come on brilliantly for me and you should be able to get him for VERY cheap because for some dumb *** reason Celta have all their release clauses set stupidly low. He might not be ready for CL though so I'd also recommend Bernardo Silva who is seemingly god this year

Bought in zivkovic on a free for RW.
Andre Gomes is going to play in the CAM role if I can keep him.
Bought Caju for 3 million for left back as Gaya has gone to city.

NEED...

Centre back replacement as Liverpool offered 40 million for Mustafi and I couldn't refuse... 7 million for Balanta is my first option?

Possibly a keeper as Diego Alves wanted 120k a week (80k pay rise)

where to improve?

IMO you should look to make Valencia more spanish, seems like they have had some of the finest spanish talents the latest years: Villa, Silva, Mata, Vicente, Parejo, Albelda, Baraja, Morientes etc.

Take a look at Celta, they seem to have talented players in abundance. Ruben Blanco(GK), David Costas(CB), Borja Fernandez(CM), Yelko Pino(CM) and Jonny(RB/LB) to name a few. Apart from that Ruben Duarte(LB/CB) in Espanyol, Mikel Merino(CM) in Osasuna and Inaki Williams(ST) from Bilbao seems like future stars.
