valuable first team member versus first team regular

hello need peoples opinions on which they think my player would play the most games on loan to another club under either the valuable first tem member role or would they play more with the squad status as first team regular
all teams are in playable leagues and my only concern is him getting as many games as possible

I can't remember off the top of my head, I think it's valuable first team member is the equivalent of key player. If you click 'view offer' as if you were going to negotiate it, on the left it will tell you wether it is key player of just first teamer

Definitely valuable first team member. That essentially means they will be first pick unless the player gets injured etc etc.
