I figured since MLS crashes when u add other expansion teams and such I decided to create my hometown team in Vanarama South and sign a bunch of lower league players and work my way up. Once the season starts i can only sign Regen/Youth intake players only every season no one else.

decided to give my Guiseley story a rest and give this a try

I took the default roster and made some changes to it for my story on how I am going to do it.

Just a bit of history of myself

Growing up in Hamilton, Ontario Canada I was a soccer fan SWMM scouting and Manager course I knew what it would take to run a successful franchise. After finding out that a possible soccer franchise was being to England from Canada I knew I had to get in for a interview for the Managers job. It was announced that due to poor attendance and losing money the owners of the Eastbourne club has decided to fold the club. With the new built Tim Hortons Field in Hamilton Ontario Canada the ownership jumped on the opportunity to get into the league since there was not any openings in the MLS. So I decided to take my management skills and apply them to a soccer team. So here I am sitting in my Hamilton apartment as i just finished my smww soccer scouting and manager course I have decided to give my dream job to become a Manager of a soccer club. Whom ever takes over the club has their work cut out for themselves as there is no players as they will have to bring in players before the league starts. As I look at the possible ideas to help build a successful club in Hamilton in the Vanarama South League I decided to fax my resume to the ownership of Hamilton FC and after a few interviews as a canadate for the manager position I got a few phone calls later to find out that out of all of the managers that they interviewed i was the best one for the job so now I have been named as the new Hamilton FC Team Manager.

Just so people know my selected nations are:

I did a England & Wales nation selection, England because of the league im playing in and Wales because of the start date.. I have also did an advanced database and selecting the following countries.

Germany, Argentina, Colombia, Brazil, Belgium, Holland, Portugal, France, Spain, Uruguay, Italy, Switzerland, Romania, England, Denmark, Czech Rep, Ireland, Northern Ireland, Russia, Sweden, Serbia, Canada, Mexico and USA

I have only selected players from top clubs this way if i have the budget i can sign youth intakes from other countries.

Also as far as backgrounds go Nationalities are Canadian 1st (where i was born), i can't do 2 2nd countries as there is Dutch and Italian in my family so i decided to pick Dutch as my 2nd nationality.

June 2013
