Version 12.2.2, cant get any tactics too work.

I see many post tactics for FM version 12.0.4 but im playing version 12.2.2, wich is the latest version? I struggle with mainstreamtactics ( like raikans, kofloks etc ) playing this version, they dont seem to work out, even with teams like Manchester United and Real Madrid! Raikan has been more than helpful many odd times linking me tactics etc but i cant get any of them right.. I think the tactic thats been the best for me is ChicRoo`s 4-2-2-2 from the 12.1.1 FM version but it only works well for 1 season, i win everything the first season, and the next its useless. Id love to find a good scoring/possesion home tactic and a solid counter tactic for away games. Any help would be very nice and id be so grateful! thx..

There are plenty, plenty of tactic that have the ability to get good results, tactics that allows you to overachieve given that you act like a true leader and are able to motivate and inspire your players.

As an example, all my Team Tactics work like a charm. Most ( all of the 12.2 ones) of Raikans does to along with all my 12.2.2 plug & play tactics.

Just remember that even though you might have a team/ squad perfectly suited for one approach( possession, quick counter), it might not be the case for the other. It's not only down to the overall quality of the players, but also their specific competence, their ppms and their mental stats. It's also down to how the opposition values you as a threat

Most of the time when people struggle with almost all kinds of tactics, it's the man management that is at fault though
