Version issue

Just went to start a new game, and it came up with version 12.0.0, shouldn't it be 12.1 or something?

I've never really looked at it before now. I'm running steam in online mode, and I'm sure I've done the updates.

Is this normal?

The patches haven tmade any database changes yet, meaning you can still only play 12.0 databse, but the 12.1.1 patch should be in place if you go to game status and then check your version.
