very frustrating

im currently chelsea manager and have just taken the ghana job aswell. i currently only have 1 assistant manager and that is it, no coaches no phyio's no gk coaches. iv asked for loads of people if they want the job and know1 has accepted. any way of getten round this.

nope kno1 wanted it lol. ill just have to wait and hopefully get ghana's world ranking up abit.

It happened to me,i took the USA job and had no staff at all.Could i **** get anyone to sign for me as Assistant Manager U21 Manager U19s etc,i even tried the Blue Square north and south but no luck.I got so ****** off in the end i quit before id even managed 1 match.Its something that definitely needs sorting for 2010.
