Hello, I've recently noticed that my assistant manager always schedules the weekly training with "very light" intensity.
I'm not the type of managers who likes sitting and scheduling my weekly training, so I let my assistant manager do it. Since it's always on "very light", I feel this has a big impact on my youth players since they don't develop as fast as they should.
The easiest solution would be just to handle the training scheduling myself, but I don't like it and would like to have it automated. Is this the way it should work, or are there assistant manages that actually schedule harder training sessions?
Note: "Mycket lätt" is Swedish for "very light".
