i have set cardozo as my target man and i want villa to play off him but hes getting low rating how do i get him to be better??

He's getting a low rating because your tactics aren't letting him perform to the best of his abilities... it has nothing to do with training, he's a World Class player FFS!!!

i had him in my man city team and he was ***** but to be honest never realy gave him a chance as i had robinho and jo as my front two.From what i saw he was rubbish most the time but occasionly scored the odd goal.
