So taken on the villa job, love their english talent and think its going to be a great challenge.... but there is no transfer budget or wage budget to speak of.

Now is it worth going with what i have or should i offload a few fringe players to bring in one or two cheap signings??

Going with the English theme you could go for Zaha on a free loan. Or if you have a little bit of money Tom Ince is available for about 4.5 and Will Hughes for about 6ish. Gaitan on loan is another quality signing. Essien can be picked up reasonably cheap and Anthony Annan is available for literally pence and so is Jonathan Dos Santos.

There's a few fringe players, who aren't bad tbh, but are definitely second choices, that you can sell to get some cash. El Ahmadi, and Clark go for around ?3m each (Maybe a little more for Clark), Albrighton can go for around ?900k and is on ?20k per week, Hutton and Given can be got rid of (at a loss though) to free up upto ?100k p/w on the wage bill and if you don't play with CM's then Delph can be sold for ?5m, but he's a decent player, although not as good as real life.

AS for who to bring in it depends on your formation, Juan Sanchez Mino, Sadio Mane and Tom Ince are all good options for the left if Weimann or Gabby don't do it for you, Augustin Allione is a quality young RW. Marco Motta can be got on loan to cover Lowton if Hutton goes or Cavanda from Lazio seems pretty decent and theres a few decent young Scandinavian players available for less than ?1m (Milosovic, Salnaes, Thelander, Strandberg)
