My team

Demir is really good as a cheap left footed mezzala after some training,and I add him gets into opposition area trait,he has poor work rate,but his dribling,speed and flair is insane...

My strikers are best scorers in league,and my roaming pg and my backs are top 3 assistents in league

I thinks this is the one of the best tactics ever,for sure! In the next few days i will try with some weaker team and in some other league,maybe I will test with Burnley or Southampton,will post results after I finish first season.

This tactic is really good. 2nd season with 1860 München after promotion and again top of the League with 6 games left, and nog even outstanding players thanks for the good tactics

La Liga and Champions League won in my 5th season with Sociedad.
I am most pleased that I was able to keep the core of the team. In 2026 I had six players in the starting lineup with whom I started my career (Remiro, Gorosabel, Merino, Oyarzabal, Barrenetxea, Isak).

I use the Spielmacher tactic in my Reggina (Serie A) game. I have to fight for relegation but after 8 matches I am in 5th place with 5 goals against and won against Roma. It is not a plug and play tactic but by far the best in update 22.3. Well done! Excuse me for bad english.

Finished first season with Burnley.I was challenging for the title until April,but then my players got injured,and i won only 2 games of 8.Great first season,although I failed to sign players that i really wanted(Jones,Nianzou,Pulgar,Barbosa,Maggiore,Tsimikas,Wind...) and my strikers had a really bad season...It took Alvarez time to learn mezzala role,but after that he was great...

Well done,as I said earlier,this mezzala tactic is one of the best ever!

For some reason my strikers really struggle to score with both Mezzela tactic and spielmacher. Am I going for the right sort of striker?

I dont like them both,Jovanovic have poor work rate,height and strenght for CF,also no finishing traits…
Beto have poor technique,passing,vision,flair and first touch for DLF and CF

on FM22 i think you need taller strikers and good header with a wing who is good crosser, just my opinion

Do you have player filters for each role that you use?

@vujevic It would be great to have maybe a condensed video of what to target for each position as in a busy world I can't sit through all of your youtube videos! Just a suggestion to help

@matimus54321 not really,but for example,you don’t need speedy striker as DLF,his job is to hold the ball,so when you want to find players in filters just don’t use pace/acc,also,play with back trait is good for him.For CF you need good allaround with some finishing trait,also I agree with dark warrior,I like taller players for both roles…

I forgot to say,but for DLF its more important team work than work rate,its ok for him to be lazy player,but when he receive the ball,his team work must be good,he must wait for good pass,to wait for mezzalas or another striker,hold the ball,play pressing when whole team play...
This is the best tactic for sure,just find the players who can play,and look traits...When you build team,you will have wins 6:0+,and your strikers will score insane amount of goals.
For example Wind and Bruno Petkovic was great as DLF in my testing,both of them has 15g + 10a in league,and both of them have poor work rate,but great team work.
Look at the playes trait who can fit,for example.CF can have first time shoots trait,but in this tactic is instruction shoot less often...
