Got promoted and Ive been using a mix of mezzalas and ancelotti and im just so so so easy to score against, the 3 CBs are all 3.5 or 4 star position rated, which i know isnt always the thing to follow but im at such a loss, not got much money so its been hard bringing in decent players. Any clues on how to sure things up at the back? turning off overlaps seems to have helped in certain matches (believe it or not most of these games you can see id conceded 3 or 4 by half time)

Also to add to this the players are now unhappy about the dressing room atmosphere so i cant give any negative team talks without it blowing up massively, so whatever happens i have to praise them

The thing is if you cannot buy players due to various reasons focus on loans.

it is from vital importance to have correct type players.

you are in premierhip and your reputation is decent so loans are good option for you

He also won title with hsv and lost cl final against forrest.

I think his best succes 2 place as Eintrach Braunshwig when he lost title on goal difference against Monhegladbach as underdog
