Vujevic yk for fm21 ppl say that target man is the best tactic but is it target man with three at the back or the 442 one

What's the point in the youth system in this game. Under 21's and under 18's completely pointless. In take every year gets worse. I really think if you invest in having the best youth structure and network that you should get some quality new gens!

2nd season a bit of a failure, league won... but bad CL camaign

I used mirrored that suited my mezzala better, next year I'll go back to original
but both tactick are the same (just mirrored)
@zigmmund Quick question - given that Ruben Rodrigues prefers to play on the left in a two-man pairing (and in any case has poor crossing), what was the reason for mirroring to put him on the right of the two? Cheers

@vujevic have you experimented with the "stop crosses" team instruction? I just did a trial against Liverpool as their full backs were nailing me with crosses. It did reduce the number of crosses into the box and players seemed to really want to get across and stop the cross. Unfortunately at the same time, my own chances created completely dried up - this could be just coincidence though given Liverpool are a much stronger team than me.

To be honest I don't remember was what the reason exactly, I did that two times on two different saves with Notts county, and both times season one I played with mirrored formation.. then switched to original
I could be mistaken saying it was suited best for my mezzala Ruben Rodrigues.. dunno
you don't need to follow my interpretation.. the tactic is the same
I'd suggest jsut tro to find the right players especially wing-backs (speed and pass) and TF/AF who can score goals for you

@vujevic I've been using your test3 tactic - what are you thoughts on the changing the box to box midfield to mezalla so you have two mezallas with the DMC behind them rather than Mezalla and box to box with DMC behind? Thanks!

Well I changed the 3-5-2 tactic uploaded by @zigmmund by changing the BBM to another Mezz, so 2 x Mezz, as i'm now in my third season and feeling more secure at the back and in possession, and it seems to be working so far (although I haven't played any big teams yet so we'll see!). When I need a goal I move the defensive line from standard to much higher and change mentality from balanced to very attacking (risky I know!) - does anyone have any other suggestions for when I need a goal? Cheers
