Mate it's the same tactic,i just changed some positions in throw ins and corners,that's all,for example put the fifth man in zone to defend near post corners,put another tall player on far post when attacking throw ins and that's all

For exaple those who asked abou OI that I used i will try to explane what had I done and how I acted against those overpovered teams and players
Against Milan who played 3421 against me i closed down 2 AMC with tackle hard and weeker foot,central forward I tight marked,tackle harded and show it on weeker foot,job done !

second example was against Bayer who played 4231,and here i just tight marked Musiala with tackle hard and show on weeker foot,job done!

this match against tottenham i tight marked KANE with tackle hard and show on weeker foot,
2 Mc i closed down with trigger press hard tackle and show int week foot,job done!

here against Barca I also tight marked Lewandowski with tackle hard,and show into week foot,i didnt closed down 2 Mc because i didnt saw them dominate in the middle so job done!

And to complete this magnificent season I complete my masterpiece against Real by marking Benzema with tackle hard and show on weeker foot,trigger pressing and tackling hard 2 MC showing into weeker foot I dominated in middle and by WINNING Cl !!!!!!!

That would be all,but I would always recomand to watch the match and use your own logic,especialy if you see that your plan is not working well and you are getting dominated!

Sometimes the tactics doesn't delivers, but I noted now CMs contribute better, so 3 5 2 is nice when you can't score.
What seems weird to me is sometimes is better going 3 4 2 1 instead double AFs

Sometimes the tactics doesn't delivers, but I noted now CMs contribute better, so 3 5 2 is nice when you can't score.
What seems weird to me is sometimes is better going 3 4 2 1 instead double AFs

If you can't win with this in Serie A that means you are doing something wrong,micro managment is sometimes more important then tactics,at the end it's all about players,you need to know what kind of players you need for the system you plays.If you need help about recruitment let me know,i can help

So much great reading here, I am curious what kind of players are you looking at for this? I usually look for physicals most importantly to keep up with the insane pressing. What would you suggest at each position?

I have some certain rules regarding recruitment
determination.concentration,work rate,acceleration,pace,stamina minimum 12 for every position!
Then it depend of the roles,if you have BPD with instructions dribble more then you need to know that you can not play classic defender without driblling,tehnique,vision and composure on that position and cc...and they need to be at least 185 tall,minimum and so on...
if you ask your left BPD to dribble more then you need to see that he should have left foot because often ih he doesnt he will driblle in the middle and lose the ball so he need left foot to maximase the effectness,tu run widder and often do excellent cross with left foot on far post and so on...
