if you need to score push defensive line to much higher

Feed back so far is that it seems to play a lot better with much higher defensive line. With the low defensive line it just invites pressure from bigger teams (that said, most chances seem to get blocked / I don't think they're creating CCCs, but it's relentless pressure nonethless).

or do all attributes without exception have to be at least 12?

Only if he is striker

Low concetration will increase amount of mistakes from defender
