I'm still using Modern target man. Alternating Lucca and Ferguson with the AF. Still working really consistently well

We are in February and I must say I really enjoy this game!
I am conceding a goal in every game,very frustrating but somehow changing mentality or swiching the tactic to nbr.10 and often playing very attacking I was able to get the results and have confortable lead for now.Geting Harwood Bellis as new BPD should help me to make my defence stronger but he needs time to adapt and still very young,Papetti grew phisicaly a lot ,but still not good enough for serie A with tackling just 11

Quick question. I seem to have a hard time signing players. What attributes do you guys look for? I'm now managing Chorley in Vanarama. So, not very good player options.

focus on loaning players from higher division

players with good speed and work rate are good options in lower division
