Used a mix of modrification, no 10 and picasso. I switched to picasso late on in season 2 and I conceded far less goals and made less mistakes in defense.

Season 1 - championship title
Season 2 - carabao cup winner + 4th place finish

My signings in s1 were modest, with a few free transfers and a tall CB Jake Cooper on a permanent transfer.
My signings in s2 were much higher quality, with my scouts finding some hidden gems in South America in Pereyra and Rodriguez.

Ultimately, Beljo got me to where I am.

Nbr 10 tactic is the most underrated tactic this year, haven't used it more then one season but results are insanely good with especially in aways games where all the top" holiday"tactics struggle to perform
