last nigh mr Gerrard explained to me how to do OI which will work even if they change shape.

after you submit team you need to go in team talk window then choose oposition instruction

use ctrl all command and tick blue box then is done
 
regarding target man still not happy when I actualy play

mostly because 2 midfielders losing possession or mis passing

Can you show me first 11 please ? ive just started a palce save and sacked all staff and scouts the lot , Now lookin at players to get rid of ? any recommendations for players to buy ?

Using Vujevic or conte , first season with Rangers won every single trophy on offer - including the champions league - incredible with players like Connor Goldson, John Souttar, James Tavernier

Started using the Vujevic or conte tactic with Foggia. Switched to it from Palermo game onwards (Highlighted fixtures).
I was using a similar system so i had the players for this formation... Resluts have been fantastic!

Cooking something different, 433 with Pressing Forward, False Nine and Poacher 🤔
No tackle harder, no Get stuck in, no wing-backs (using full backs), no BDP (using simple CD)
No OIs
Minimal set of player instructions
Don't ask for the tactic, let me finish the season first ;)

hi everyone how OIs work? i copied OIs which is on the 292 page. soonce i did that is it enough?
and is there any training suggestion?
