Good job Vujevic came back from Singapore and created "modern target v2". Have been waiting for his tactics for a few months. Used some other tactics with very mixed results.
What a tactic "modern target v2" is! Promoted every season with Wrexham from League Two (winning every division). Only took a second season in the Premier League to win it! Two FA cups in a row as well.
MC40 for set pieces, no instructions just go out there and pump the opposition with this tactic!

is this done on the 24.2 or 24.3 patch?

Don't you think that after patch 24.3, many tactics began to work worse. It makes sense to change the game engine after each update, if after that the previous tactics that gave the result become unplayable, then what is the point of all this?! Can't we just update the transfer database and fix bugs in the game? I actually noticed right now that after the 24.3 update, many tactics stopped working. In short, nothing changes, in fact, the sports interest is released every year not by a new football manager, but simply by DLS, while hanging a horse price tag on the game, many innovations become useless over time in the game.In my careers, I've given up on coaching staff meetings, on the roster planner because they're just useless.

Football manager is also very wooden about tactical flexibility. The main instructions of good tactics in fm are an attacking attitude, a shorter pass, high pressure, high tempo of the game, counterattack when losing the ball, and so on... Did the instructions help you to rebuild after losing the ball? Many tactical instructions in fm are simply useless, in fm 24 one rule has already been developed regarding tactics: short pass, high tempo, attacking game. Try to do Simeone's tactics and you will miss a bunch of goals, because, again, football manager is wooden in terms of tactical flexibility. Football manager is not a football simulator, but a ******* arcade game where you can score so many goals in a season with cheating tactics that Real Madrid with 120 goals in La Liga in the 2011/2012 season are smoking on the sidelines. I think this is the reason for the game engine change this year. I think that with the change of the game engine, only the graphics do not change. Last season we were promoted from the 2nd league to the 1st league. I have shared this with you before. In our first season in the 1st league, we became champions with a difference of 32 points and were promoted to the super league.
