I'm starting a save with Millwall and I'll use the formation: 3-5-2 - Vujevic or Conte FM26. Is there anything I should look out for? Do you use instructions for the opponents? What characteristics should the players have for the positions of this formation? Is there a set-piece formation? Do you use any specific training?
