Vujevic tactics for FM26!

Hi everyone. I'm trying the 442 diamond like the Parma one Vujevic used. The team is doing good but my AM keeps performing very bad even if he has a pretty good profile. What am I doing wrong? Do someone else have this problem?

This is the profile. I've tried using him as an advanced playmaker or even moving him up with false nine role, but didnt change much. He made a few goals but as you can see by the average rating it was not that good. Any advice is welcome.
