Nice writeup, Ulf Hafelinger is a steal — his Tactical Knowledge makes OIs way more reliable. One thing I'd add: when your assistant sets OIs, always double-check the "Closing Down" on opposing playmakers. Assmans tend to leave them open and that kills you in big games.

Your tip about tall fullbacks is spot on. Josh Doig (6'2", 15 Tackling) is basically a cheat code against wide target men. This pairs really well with a mid-block 4-2-3-1

For late-game time-wasting, one extra trick: set your GK to "Slow Pace Down" and "Take Short Kicks." Combined with "Play for Set Pieces" you'll burn 2-3 extra minutes per game. Tested this across 3 seasons — conceded zero late equalizers with this setup.

Hey Zlatko , I was taking a break from fm but I recently started a save with Besiktas on the sortitoutsi update ( i like it more than pr0 update) because of the transfers they made like vlahovic and nubel
also because I had fun playing them on fm 24. Are there any tactics you made recently that you can recommend as a third tactic to the 3-5-2 and 4-4-2 diamond? is the recent 4-3-3 away any good?
Also I've had a very hard time accessing fmbase recently the site rarely loads , I guess thats for everyone ..?

started using them from the Ibiza game and they have been incredible.
I did notice in the away games we were conceding quite a few chances so decided to try positive mentality. This completely changed that and we went from conceding around 10 shots down to as little as 3.
