Testing the 4-3-3 Vujevic Tactic with Tottenham

It’s been a long time since I last played Football Manager, but I decided to jump back in and test the 4-3-3 Vujevic tactic, which immediately caught my attention and looks very promising.

This year, in reality I’ve decided to follow Tottenham Hotspur, mainly because of Roberto De Zerbi. I’m really curious to see what he can do with Spurs this season, so Tottenham felt like the perfect team to use for this test.

I started the save with no transfers, using the squad as it is. On paper, Tottenham’s players seem to fit this tactic really well, and the results so far have been surprisingly good — honestly, even better than I expected.

The tactic already feels very balanced, with the team creating plenty of chances while still looking solid defensively. The results have been unbelievably good for such an early test.

I still want to make a few minor tweaks and adjustments, but overall, the tactic looks extremely promising.

For the Opposition Instructions I used them exactly as Vujevic suggested.

I am preparing to do long save with transfers from beginning
